Street Fighter 6 has notched up one million sales worldwide since its launch on June 2, 2023, Capcom has announced. This brings franchise sales to over 50 million units worldwide.
Speaking in a press release, the Japanese publisher commented:
As a result of providing features for a diverse range of players, the title was met with broad acclaim, driving sales to 1 million units worldwide.

The game’s success isn’t really surprising, considering Street Fighter 6 has received universal praise from critics. Its a content-packed bout of fisticuffs, featuring brilliant core fighting mechanics, a varied line-up of characters both new and old, plus a host of extra features including the brilliant World Tour mode, which is basically a Yakuza-flavoured RPG rammed with things to see and do.
