Dominic Robilliard, the director behind the cancelled Star Wars 1313, has revealed on his LinkedIn profile that he is returning to the franchise by joining Skydance New Media to work on Amy Hennig’s Star Wars project.
I am incredibly excited to share that I will be joining Amy Hennig, Julian Beak and the incredible team at Skydance New Media as their Game Director. To collaborate with such an amazing group of developers, and to play into the iconic worlds of #Marvel and #Star Wars (again!) is a dream come true. I cannot wait to get started!
Amy Hennig had previously been involved in another Star Wars project at Visceral Games before the company was shuttered by Electronic Arts. Julian Beak was also involved in the project, and the pair went on to help form Skydance New Media.
In addition to the Star Wars game, Skydance New Media is also working on a Marvel project featuring Black Panther and Captain America during World War II.
