Sea Of Stars, the upcoming turn-based action-adventure game from the Sabotage Studio, the team behind The Messenger has revealed the game is now “content complete,” as they near the games August release date.
As of June 6, 2023, Sea of Stars is entirely playable from beginning to end, and the team is now focused on polishing and getting rid of every bug they can on their path to Sea Of Stars reaching “gold” status.
“We officially achieved the Content Complete milestone! Sea of Stars is now playable from title screen to end credits. Everything has been fully reviewed, polished and balanced to what we are happy to call ‘done’. 5 years after the initial pitch, here we are at last.”
Sea Of Stars is a big genre-shift from Sabotage Studio’s previous title, but both games exist in the same universe, as Sea Of Stars is a prequel to the excellent 2D action platformer that is The Messenger.
